Как отображать различные данные в ListView?

У меня есть ListView, который берет данные из List`a. В листе есть bool переменная StartPrice. Мне нужно чтобы в ListView отображался текст в зависимости от значения данной переменной. Не подскажите, как это можно реализовать?
