Проблема с внедрением Toolbar

Хотел добавить иконку, как описано здесь http://habrahabr.ru/post/242033/. После добавления кода получил вылет приложения, пытался менять layout - не помогало. Полез в LogCat увидел такое Скриншот

Поискал в гугле, ничего дельного не обнаружил
